Unfortunately, we can not accept returns. Our line of premium frozen lemonade cannot be returned under any circumstances due to FDA guidelines, even if they are unused. If you receive a defective product, don't hesitate to contact us at info@heyscoot.com with details of the product and the defect. A customer representative will direct you to the next steps. If the product was, in fact, defective, we guarantee 100% satisfaction and will either refund your items or replace them at no charge to you.
